The suit also details the trauma caused as a result of the incident. As a response to question in ESPN, Dane Schiller, a representative of the Harris County District Attorney's Office stated that it was "inappropriate" to provide an explanation of whether or not his office was currently investigating charges."It would be inappropriate to allow an office like the District Attorney's Office to comment on a civil suit, and we will not be discussing any allegations until and if a criminal charge is brought; we are doing this in order to be fair to everyone," Schiller said in a statement.
