The car was stunning and Phil was amazed when it came screeching into the car park and did a handbrake turn in front of him.
Phil also loves golf therefore we decided to name the tables after golf courses. Then we thought, let's get crazy golf for everybody to enjoy that was a massive hit and lots of fun.
Keeping inside the spirit of things fun, a buddy of mine recommended PC Roadshows to us for many entertainments, he was amazing. At first, he just mingled with everyone funny as nobody knew him and were confused why he was there, then after welcome drinks, he got everyone heated up.
The entertainment didn't hold on there, he'd everyone up doing the Conga round the room, in and out of the tables, we were built with a dance competition, dancing on chairs, throwing napkins, it had been an absolute scream.
During the primary course, we'd played more games seated. We played Mr Mrs and "who is the greatest lookalike".
Our Compère had previously asked us when the Best Man was up for "anything" we said virtually. So, there is another game, this time around with a small twist, or should I say strip. The Best Man was inspired to do a strip! Then, half-naked, started the Love Train which got each person in the area onto the party area. They then designed a space for Phil and me in the center for our first dance.
We were built with a candy cart, photo booth, touchscreen casino retro arcade machine. Everyone danced, played, ate coupled with the best time ever.
Describe your connection with buying the wedding dress.
I had always wanted fitted wedding dresses with sleeves until I tried one on a few years earlier and didn't like how I looked inside it. So this time around I knew I wanted straps. My other criteria were lace, some sparkles, fitted along with a bit "boobie".
I should have chosen about 12 dresses. I liked several but nothing wowed me. My mum saw an image of a dress, the FeelTimes dress, within the changing room and said she thought it might be perfect for me. Although this dress was at the rear of my mind so I finally caved and was inspired to try it. It was perfect and fit as if it had been made for me…but I took them back knowing I couldn't afford it and inspired to try others on. Everyone kept saying how it had been my dress and I kept shrugging them back.
When I put it back on I fell in love once again. I knew that I shouldn't have used it as I couldn't afford it. I've watched an adequate amount of "Say Yes towards the Dress" and shouted on the TV on their behalf trying dresses on over their budget and here I was doing the same thing!
My Sister-in-Law and my finest friend were my bridesmaids and agreed to buy their very own dresses whether it meant I could have mine. It still wasn't enough and I felt I couldn't keep these things doing that.
