On the east side of the workshop the dwarf Suak will be on stage in front of the anvils. Ask him to teach you how to create it. He'll summon an additional dwarf Sten to show you the technique in an animated cut-scene. If you weren't paying attention the first time, you can talk to him again.

Once Sten demonstrates to you, Suak will tell you the type of cheap OSRS GP armor you should make. If you make the piece he requires, you'll be awarded a bonus exp reward. After Suak's armor item alters, at the anvil, select the armor piece, and continue your work.
