Plano Texas is a city located in Texas, within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Plano, Texas was developed in the 18th century as a stage for stagecoaches and saloons.
It was later named after General George Washington who visited this town and fell in love with it. It was also chosen by John B. Travis as the site for his first railroad camp. Today, Plano Tx still preserves much of its history and character and attracts millions of visitors from all over the world each year.
