I blessed him with those shoes. It was like telling him"Grasshopper! It's your moment to carry this torch. You have to carry it well. I'm confident that Saquon will do an excellent job at it. Saquon is a nice kid. He reminds me a much of me. Runs with power and has his head on straight. That's what impresses me the most. It's not the stats. I like the way he conducts himself.

Always will be one Bo Jackson. But when you consider all the NFL running backs who've followed you, which bring you back to your own?

I can only come up with two examples -- Saquon as well as Derrick Henry -- on the brute strength, power and ability to maneuver between the field and defense. They may not have the speed I did. But they've made it work for them. They're very effective in what they do. This is why they're considered to be among the top running backs in the game at the moment.
