There is no reason people shouldn't join teams with colleagues and friends who excel in working in teams. However, they shouldn't be playing against casual players who are playing alongside their team-mates for the very first time.

There needs to be a group game in which two to five players can play. A different universe is required in which there is no way to join either team directly but you must join one the blue wizards to be on an undetermined team. Qutting the team to which you're randomly assigned will result in a two-minute penalty(otherwise you could quit and join until they join the team they want to be on).

Additionally, tokens should be given out after every round. You will still be able to collect the tokens you desire, even if you lose your connection or you drop connectivity half way during the game.
