Submerged pump is a vertical pump that immerses the flow parts such as the impeller and pump body in the material to be conveyed and is connected to the motor. It is made according to the different needs of the length of the container. The parts in contact with the material are generally selected according to the requirements of the material, and there are metallic and non-metallic materials.

1. Check whether the bolts of the Submerged pump are loose, whether the power cord and plug are intact, and the insulation resistance of the motor should be greater than 2 megohms.

2. The application range of the pump operating voltage needs to be between 5% and -12% of the rated voltage, otherwise the service life of the motor will be shortened or burned. If the electric pump is used far away from the power source, the power transmission line should be appropriately thickened, otherwise the applied voltage will drop and it will not work.

3. In order to prevent electric shock, it is necessary to take corresponding measures such as leakage circuit breaker or electric shock protector of Submerged pump equipment, and reliable grounding.

4. Before the first application of the clean water centrifugal pump and self-priming clean water pump, the water storage tank should be filled with water. After tens of seconds, the water cannot be discharged automatically, so there is no need to add water for later use.

5. Fix the Submerged pump body and connect the water inlet and bottom valve with steel pipe or rubber pipe. The bottom valve needs to be placed perpendicular to the horizontal plane and more than 30 cm away from the bottom to prevent the absorption of sediment.

6. If it is not used for a period of time, drain the water in the pump, wipe the main parts of the Submerged pump clean, apply anti-rust oil, and put it in a poorly ventilated place for later use.

7. Before applying the self-priming clean water pump and the automatic self-priming clean water pump pipe, the water storage tank should be filled with water. The water cannot be automatically discharged after tens of seconds after power on, and there is no need to fill the water in future use.
