Still just 23, Matsuyama is already one of the most decorated Asian golfers. Matsuyama is quiet, mainly because of the language barrier, but also because he's so focused. It wouldn't be surprising if the winner came out of this group, and the other two were in contention.Jordan Spieth, Justin Rose, Bill Haas (8:26 a.m. Thursday off 10th tee; 1:16 p.m. Friday off firsttee)Haas won in February (Humana Challenge) and narrowly mi sed out on the playoff at the Players. He tied for fourth lex Reyes Jersey in the Memorial in 2013, and should fare well there again this year. "Rosie" has been enigmatic this season; he has a win and a runner-up finish, but no top 35s in his eight other starts. Spieth failed to win in his home state of Texas yet again (though he did register three runner-up finishes), so he's still looking to become the first three-time winner of the season.Dustin Johnson, Matt Kuchar, Steve Stricker (1:05 p.m. Thursdayoff firsttee; 8:15 a.m.Friday off 10th tee)Johnson will be seeking redemptionfor the quadruple bogey he suffered Sunday. He hasn't had a ton of succe s on this course, but he's playing the best golf of his career. Kuchar has been underwhelming this year (just three top10s in 13 starts), but he won at the venue in2013. Stricker has also won there (in 2011), but hasn't Yadier Molina Jersey been the same since entering semi-retirement.
