Two of those patients celebrated with Conner on Thursday night at the College Football Awards Show."His comeback started mine," ESPN broadcaster Holly Rowe said through tears as she helped introduced Conner, who received the Disney Spirit Award. Rowe and ESPN colleague Shelley Smith, who are cancer survivors (ESPN analyst Rod Gilmore, who also was mentioned during the introduction, is in treatment), shared the stage with Conner, who returned to the field this season after being diagnosed with a tumor in his chest.Conner, too, was choked up during an interview with Tom Rinaldi, whose moving review of Conner's battle aired prior to the award presentation."When you've got cancer, it don't care if
