One initial thing I made was bring Ray Gresko on as the chief development officer, and later include Allen Adham to the executive team, to increase the proportion of people creating games and recently created games a bit more. We're focusing on our core business, and the things that have created Blizzard's excellence game, which is the games. That's fundamental starting point of what we wanted to accomplish.

Through the course of this year, we've analyzed every single project we've been working on. We've looked at various activities we were doing that we thought we could do better at. We looked at various things our team was doing which we thought we could do better at. We've come to the release of WoW Classic, which has been an amazing experience for us. We were also at an event called the World of Warcraft wotlk classic League for season two, and getting ready to enter the last week this year at BlizzCon. It's been cheap WoTLK Gold a great ride.
