In the direction of at the Guard Post Triport, head through the guards' area on the southeast pathway. Go left (south) at the fork to Lost Ark Gold the small area beyond, keeping to the northern edge and working around it counterclockwise. After the stable behind an hay bale, you'll see the mokoko's last seed in Port Krona.

Vern Castle is the capital city of North Vern, the eighth continent of Lost Ark. It also functions as a central hub with a portal statue and all the information that you require for both the end game content as well as vendors. There's also a comfortingly familiar Neria's Tavern in addition to mokoko seeds you can take home.

As you would expect from a major city like Vern Castle, Vern Castle is a protected area without any mobs to speak of. Mokoko Seed One - Business District

If you've entered via from the Port Krona portal, head east to Creation Plaza and take the bridge straight to the west and into the Business District. Continue straight across the lawn you're at and walk down those steps to reach the area where the youngsters are practicing Lost Ark Gold for sale. A knight can be seen standing from the west of the students on the pillars that support an elongated wooden platform. The first fruit of Vern Castle lies just of him, in the blooms that are beneath the platform.
