Madden 23 was the first Madden game to not include Roethlisberger in 18 years. In the Madden era, Roethlisberger has been rated at 79 overall in his debut season, a high of 95 in many seasons, and score of 78 during his final season with Madden 22. Rumors are swirling he will be part of Madden 23 and have ratings of 74 but Roethlisberger is retired. Although he could be in free agency, it's unlikely to be the identical.
