I think it's only the cover art that's wonderful. Same happened for me personally. I didn't receive any of those extra though. I do expect some stadia games get free upgrades like some games are doing, but 2k is allegedly going to be another game, so that I understand them not doing a free upgrade for nba 2k21. I total understand where you are coming from. My last console was a ps3 then if to cellular games after having a kid and not having the ability to pay for the cost of a next gen console and games. Even though I wasted a great deal of cash on the cell game version.
