It wasn't a lot of work, but the team was surprised by how beautiful the enhancements made the game seem. Was it useful to be able to develop and optimize for PSO2 Meseta a set platform like Xbox One, instead of the myriad permutations that gaming PCs could pose? For the Japanese version it turned out to be a multiplatform release, on PC and PS4, therefore PSO 2 was already optimized to offer the best results regardless of which stage you're playing on. The focus was more on the way to bring out the advantages of the platform.
Are you planning any PSO 2-related merchandise or bodily versions for the West? Not currently, but if there is a demand for this, which may change. And if we arrange offline events and we want to have a merch table, we might look at making merch for something like that. There isn't really a channel or a way for selling merchandise, but that might change later on so that we can sell our Japanese product into our North American users. You've done the Xbox collaboration, where gamers could unlock an Xbox-branded T-shirt in-game. Presumably you've got more crossover articles intended like this?
It is not possible at the moment, but we have heard this petition from other people, as well, and it's something we plan on rolling out. It is possible now in Japan, but even in Japan, you may only transfer servers or transfer data once a week through maintenance. There is a particular window and frequency at which you may accomplish this, and that is going to remain the same for the North American region as well. When the original PSO came out, online games were not really established yet. PSO changed all that. Together with PSO two, playing games online today is practically the standard, so you did the hard work in pioneering things 20 decades back, you could really focus on the design of this sport. What were the design priorities for PSO 2? The very first thing that we enlarged in PSO two was in the character development system which was not previously possible in MMOs. The following focus was that we wanted to make it easily accessible to gamers as possible. As mentioned earlier, as there are a great deal of solo players in the sport, we wanted to make the communication attributes as easy as possible so that players can join other players with ease and not have to spend a lot of time amassing a celebration. In PSO two, we've created a"party place" where you can just combine parties in advance without the downtime spent organizing a team that you might have experienced with the first game.
Another place that's fresh with PSO 2 is the cross-platform play. The Japanese variant already has it on PC, PS4, Vita, and Switch (and PSO 2es, which is the portable version), you can play the same character across these various platforms. Now this might not be quite as particular, but eight decades back, it was quite revolutionary. For the U.S. variant, we've just announced the Windows 10 version in May and that you'll be able to play across Xbox and buy meseta pso2 PC, and we hope in future programs, as well.Phantasy Star Online 2: Episode 5 Debuts New Courses, Higher Level Cap
