A 90's Indie Music Inspired Wedding

Today's couple isn't as old as I am however they share love from the same music nevertheless – so much it inspired the entire vibe and tone of the wedding day.

A surface print designer and illustrator for home and giftware, stationery, and fashion, married her love Garylee, a freelance sound engineer,​ on 20th July 2019.

Jo personalized each of the bouquets and buttonholes with these names, ensuring each Bridesmaid’s bouquet matched the color of their sage green bridesmaid dresses again. Jo was very professional and exceeded anything we’d imagined."

"The groom's Suit was from Tailor me at They also provided a 'splash' patterned lining within the jacket with Garylee's name embroidered in. The ties, pocket squares, and cufflinks were all handmade by Jane. Jane did on wedding projects beside me before and that we both love the caliber of her, knitted Groomsmen's accessories."

"We had two best men, whose suits were bought from the rack at Moss Bros. Instead of waistcoats we insert them in braces, which worked very well."

"Similar to my flower crown, we used natural flowers for that bridesmaid's hair, each within the color that matched their dress so that as a cluster, arranged onto a slide. The coordination looked great. The Bridesmaids provided their very own jewelry, that was mostly in keeping using the Bride's gold, geometric jewelry."

Their ceremony readings included 'How falling in love is much like owning a dog', by Taylor Mali, and 'I Wanna Be Yours', by John Cooper-Clarke.
