A Daffodil & Sunflower Filled Spring Wedding

As a small company owner, I love discovering what inspired others to turn their very own passions and interests into something more.

Dressed inside a delicate, flowing pure white gown from at, I love Daniella's ethereal and graceful look. With a light, lacy over-layer for the day along with a sparkling, beaded cape for the night, it's bridal, elegant, and totally fun too.

"I'd only meant to try several on and obtain a feel for which I liked but got a little carried away and ordered it at that moment. I'd always pictured having something with a little of a vintage feel, but seemed to be drawn to the very fact I could have two different looks."

"My dress is at two parts – an easy, strappy dress along with a lace top layer with long sleeves. I wore the entire dress for that ceremony, food, and speeches, then accessorized the dress by having a beaded cape for that evening."

After meeting whilst focusing on the student newspaper together at Cardiff University, Daniella and Paul were friends for a long time before finally getting together, a couple of months after graduation.

"We were both living and dealing in London. Paul proposed soon after we’d moved into our home in October 2016, enlisting the help from the Nightingale Dogs – therapy dogs who I knew as they are accustomed to visiting my late Grandma in her own nursing home. I came to the place to find find the dogs all arranged, wearing faux flowers and bow ties, with one pushing a trolley having a ring inside it."

"Without realizing, Paul had proposed on my small late granddad's birthday, which felt like a little of a sign therefore we decided to get married on my small grandparents' date for the wedding – March 31st. Planning a wedding in five months felt like too daunting a prospect, therefore we ended up being engaged for any year along with a half."

Daniella's bridesmaids dressed up in floor-length purple bridesmaid dresses having a touch of vintage-inspired embellishment, purchased whilst your daughter's groom wore a super-smart three-piece suit in deep navy from along having a quirky Etsy bow-tie.

The couple asked their good friend Oli, who seemed to be Paul's groomsman, to do something as their celebrant and together they come up with a truly personal ceremony.

"Glenn and Lauren are perfect – I can't praise them enough. We both aren't particularly great at having our picture taken however they made us feel relaxed the whole way through. Like us, they're also big animal lovers which would be a bonus. They were fun to possess around – it was like having two extra guests around on your day."

"They're such pros they helped everything run smoothly, especially the posed photos which I have been dreading. The pictures were incredible, capturing all of the small details and also the emotion of your day. I can't help but smile each time I look at the photos."

Words of Wedded Wisdom

"You don't need to love every minute of the wedding ceremony planning to enjoy the wedding. I read a lot of blogs where brides discussed how much they loved wedding ceremony planning and how they missed the look once it had been over, but I was the entire opposite. There were instances when I enjoyed it, but there have been just as numerous instances when I found it boring, stressful, and just like a second job… But on your day, I loved every minute of it."
