This hidden tale in two parts sees the player moving from the original site within Seaswept Woods to the second, in Skyreach Steppe, within a large 20-minute timeframe. Starting from The Ancient Grindstone Vestige Triport in Seaswept Woods, head eastwards Lost Ark Gold. Continue across the area, and down the east path. In the next part, keep to the northern part of the map till you come at the point that is the most northern. By the water, you'll be able to see a palm that was blown to its left, and leaning on rocks. The first chapter of the tale is under the tree.

Lost Ark Tortoyk cowls second hidden story-related area

Transfer yourself through the triport at the end of the Thumbs shore located in Skyreach Steppe. Get out of the area you're in by taking the long path that runs northeast. At the end, go slightly north and then climb the vines up until you reach Rocky Forest Hill. Follow the path straight to the right of the path heading northwest, and you should be able to see some suitcases floating in the waters at the base of a waterfall. To the right of them, hidden behind rocks, you'll find the final Cowl's Move Locarok hidden story location.

In the direction of the Rocky Forest Hill Triport, take a direct route to towards the east. Once you arrive at the eastern border of the area, work towards the north on rocks cheap Lost Ark Gold. You should be able to spot tiny dogs under a tree. Examine it to find out what is the Horrifying Monster the story.
