The couple wanted a little, intimate affair that wove together their Chinese heritage and Thomas' French roots.
The simple, chic tone from the day was perfectly set by Eirene's selection of gowns. I love the sleek, fitted silhouette and structured bodice which spills out right into a dramatic puddle train.
"I was enthusiastic about lace dresses and my entire Pinterest board was filled with strapless lace dresses. I tried on in regards to a hundred but tend to not discover the perfect place. I finally went dress shopping with my mum who didn't like lace-making I put on a completely plain crêpe dress which caused an entire U-turn. I went back to JS Couture (which had a previous favorite lace version) and located the perfect dress, with no lace, in the same designer."
Unbelievably, Thomas and Eirene first met once they were tiny, 26 years back.
"Thomas was five and I would be a newborn therefore we didn't remember one another when we met in the present day. We reunited within our London church. Things moved quickly from Thomas being mean and teasing me to where we're today."
The couple returned to France where Thomas, eventually, was able to propose.
The flower girls look charming within their ivory flower girl dresses, finished off with blush bows, and also the pageboy breaks my heart; he's so cute in the tiny shorts and waistcoat combo.
Flowers played a big part in the romantic look of the day. Whilst the bridesmaids carried single stems of roses, Eirene’s bouquet was luxe and wild. Go
Thomas decided to wear a slick blue dinner jacket and bowtie having a contrast trim.
"He wore shoes, a bow tie, and pocket square, and cufflinks gifted to him by me."
I'm deeply in love with the bridesmaids' sleek and elegant open-backed gowns in blush from, which echo the bride's style so well.
"I gifted a Russian ring necklace set from to my bridesmaids."
"Matt had this type of lovely dynamic around the day and helped us benefit from the experience. Thomas and I are often quite a camera shy! He is enthusiastic and inventive and also the shots were all beautiful. We loved how Matt's style is natural."
After a drinks reception held around the terrace, the newlyweds, as well as their guests, moved inside for lunch. Doesn't the venue look spectacular dressed in roses, foliage, white, and gold tableware? The invites and welcome sign were designed by the talented best man and printed.
"He drew the venue encircled with a green halo on the light blush paper. The welcome sign was printed on canvas, displayed on the easel, and decorated with greenery in the florist."
"My favorite moment was possibly the dinner where everybody was enjoying themselves and achieving a good time. We knew your day would be hectic so we'd a sweetheart table in which the two of us could eat and revel in each others' company like a newly married couple. We also had the very best view of all of the tables and our gorgeous singer."
"The day was perfect, brought about by plenty of communication with this lovely event planner who didn't mind the continual barrage of emails and also the fine details. I knew we'd covered everything so that around the day I could relax and know it could be perfect."
