If you're using a class that includes healing abilities the only thing you need to do is click it in your hotbar.Make sure that you've got the healing feature assigned to Lost Ark Gold your hotbar by pressing K, and drag the ability onto the bar. Then, you'll be able to select the hotbar manually to activate it, and press the keybind button for it to use the ability. Be aware that all abilities come with cooling times, so be cautious about how often you spam it.

If you don't possess any healing powers, you'll need to make use of potions. Press the I key to open the inventory and then drag the potions onto the hotbar. Similar to healing abilities that you can use, click on them to immediately drink a potion. Do note that potions do also have a cooling time that is about 10 seconds so make sure you use them properly.

Make sure to stock up on potions whenever your visit to town. Potions are a pretty common drop from enemies so you'll never be in the danger of being out. If you do run out of potions, you can always purchase more from the vendors in town or at the camps.

The most important thing is to keep your abilities and potions easily accessible on your hotbarso that you're always able to tap them at any time. Use them carefully and you'll get through most of the content in Lost Ark just fine.
